May Reflections
As we approach the final weeks of this school year, I want to pause and acknowledge something important: you made it. Through challenges and triumphs, through uncertainty and growth, through moments of doubt and moments of profound joy—you showed up. You led with courage, made difficult decisions with integrity, and held space for your communities with grace.

This time of year is filled with reflection—graduation ceremonies, end-of-year celebrations, farewells to graduating seniors and departing colleagues. But it's also a time of hope. Hope for rest and renewal over the summer. Hope for the incoming class and the fresh possibilities they bring. Hope for the year ahead and all the ways your school will continue to grow and flourish.

As you close out this chapter, please know: your work matters. The care you've poured into your school, the vision you've carried forward, the countless invisible acts of leadership—they have made a real difference in the lives of students, families, and colleagues. Thank you for all you do.

We're honored to walk alongside you with resources and support as you finish strong and prepare for a well-deserved summer.

AUTHENTICITY. RENEWAL. CONNECTION.
A YEAR-LONG LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE

CAIS Affinity Groups

Affinity Groups Are Now on CAIS Connect!

Affinity groups have been reimagined and now live on CAIS Connect — our new online community platform. This new platform makes it easier to connect with colleagues, share resources, and engage in meaningful conversations throughout the year.

Affinity groups are based on constituencies (Heads and Senior Administrators), designed for specific demographics, but open to all.

How to Join Your Affinity Group:
1. Go to the CAIS website and log in (select "Forgot Password" if you need to set one up)
2. Open your profile from the top right navigation and click "Edit Profile"
3. Go to the Discussion Groups section and select the affinity group(s) you'd like to join
4. Click "Save" and allow up to 30 minutes for your membership to activate
5. Visit CAIS Connect at connect.caisca.org
6. Add a profile photo and bio to help others recognize and connect with you

Important: All members must complete these steps, even if you've participated in affinity groups before. CAIS Connect is your new hub for posting messages, accessing resources, and receiving Zoom links from your group leaders.
